YOGA

During your stay at Puri Asu Resort, you will learn to interact with the world in accordance with the eight limbs of Ashtanga Yoga, which translated into simple terms are as follows:

  • Being kind and compassionate to the world,
  • Being kind and compassionate to yourself,
  • Practicing Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga,
  • Engaging your breath,
  • Turning focus inward,
  • Becoming still, remaining still
  • and integration with the Universe.

Our Teacher leads a progressive, strong and detoxifying class, with the intent of sharing his knowledge in a free, relaxed and ultimately therapeutic manner. Day by day you will find balance, strength, focus and power connected to your body, mind and nature.

Daily Practice: Hatha Yoga and Ashtanga every Morning from 7am to 9am.

This includes: Asanas (postures), Kryas (purification techniques ), Bandhas (Energy locks) and Dristhis (gazing point).

Sunset Meditation: Meditation on a Silence to hear nature.

Every day we will get in touch with breathing, equalize mind vibrations and touch our essence. We will also practice Pranayamas (breathing technics ) and relax with Yoga Nidra.

We have a class of sutra, films and mantras to complete these experiences.
